Our business is machining and fabrication with focus on our customers!Our expertise is built upon over 40 years of producing quality production parts. Utilizing the CNC lathes and milling machines, CNC punch presses and benders, and CNC wire EDM together with an extremely talented group of machinists, we are able to produce precision parts from prototypes to large volume production. The industries we serve are diverse, but often related to energy industries. Our scope is CNC machining of precise production components. Quantities range from single prototype work to large volume production runs exceeding 10,000 pieces machined and 100,000 pieces stamped. Our 11,000 square foot main facility houses two CNC Mills, two CNC Turning Centers, two CNC Turret presses, one CNC Wire EDM, one CNC Tubing Bender, and 12 Manual Machines such as Presses (2 thru 30 tons), Saws, Drilling Machines, Finishing Machines, Screw, Milling and Lathe machines as well as other secondary equipment. We use an Integrated CAD/CAM system, using Solidworks and Mastercam. Electronic files are imported directly into our programming stations, and then to our CNCs. Full design services are also available. Our 4,500 square foot welding and fabrication facility houses welding and band sawing equipment along with a large inventory of common steel alloys and overhead cranes to accommodate 'larger' work. Both facilities are well tooled, often saving customers from initial 'tooling charges'. We are a diverse company with a large array of materials such as Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, GP0 materials and many Plastics and we provide parts unfinished or finished with typical finishes, electro-plating, painting and powder coating.
